REFUND POLICY

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.  *Return shipping must be paid by the customer*. Pack Animal will pay for shipment and send the new product after we have received the original product in unused, unwashed condition. Refunds are available solely for unworn, unwashed, unused items in new condition within 40 days of purchase. Refunds are granted only after the items have been returned to and received by Pack Animal.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions. 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact Pack Animal Customer Service and we will assist you through the return or exchange process. 
  2. Refunds can take from 7-14 days from the time we receive your returned product.
  3. Customer pays for return shipping to Pack Animal.
  4. Lost or damaged returns will be evaluated by our warehouse team and we will inform the customer within 5-7 days of our decision.
